After I graduated from college and began working as an independent contractor, I realized that I needed to choose my own individual health insurance plan. I was overwhelmed with all of my options and had a tough time choosing the right policy for me. Thankfully, my parents helped me choose a plan that not only offered great coverage, but also allowed me to still visit my favorite doctors that had cared for me for most of my life. I know others out there are likely having a tough time choosing the right health insurance policies for them, and I am eager to share what I learned while choosing my policy with others on my new blog!
